Technical Audit was conducted with for the purpose of fixing accountability at different levels during the course of implementation process and aims to have watchful eye on the functioning of new arrangements so that early warning signals could be detected for necessary and timely corrective measures, and evaluation would be useful to examine the progress and outputs as well as outcomes of the project components/activities. This will help in identifying the required modifications in implementation strategy for the ensuing year/ annual work plan.
