• Overall responsibility of project expenses, revenue and debtors’ collection.
• Preparing monthly reports, internal audit schedules and programme,
• Submission of Internal audit report to the management on monthly basis.
• Handling independently the overall departmental activities
• Updating the financial records on a daily basis.
• Maintaining the financial records
• Ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all accounting functions
• Keeping track of expenses according to the MOU terms,
• keeping track of amount to be received. Follow up with clients for payment
• Co-ordination with other departments,
• Good knowledge of TDS and other challan entry, return filling reconciliation of accounts etc |
