AFCL through AFC Foundation, has started retail microfinance operations in West Bengal under JLG model and in Maharashtra under SHG model. The Company is establishing a NBFC to undertake microfinance operations on a large scale. The professional should spearhead the microfinance operations of the company which are in the nascent stage and be able to provide the leadership to expand the same into multi state operations. The job is a challenging one but at the same time expected to open up a path breaking career option for the right professional. The candidate will be reporting directly to the Managing Director.

MBA / Post- Graduate in any discipline having experience of working in reputed Microfinance institutions at senior level. He should be conversant with all aspects of microfinance operations and should have special aptitude for raising resources from various sources.
