Managing grassroots level project implementation and capacity building/ training of stakeholders in NRM sector by raising resources from Government and international funding/donor agencies. Preparing suitable proposals and coordination/ networking/ liaisoning with concerned departments/ agencies for such initiatives. Developing implementation/training manual and other relevant documents. Providing technical support to the team and monitor implementation progress.

Social Scientists with at least Masters, preferably Ph.D. degree. Experience of fund raising and implementation of projects. Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills in English and Hindi. Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop public relations and networking. Proficiency in computer skills.
